You do not need a GP referral unless:
Your treatment is part of a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP/CMP), or
Your care is covered under a third-party claim (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Insurance, DVA, or NDIS).

Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is a Western, evidence-based technique designed to restore muscle function and support your overall physiotherapy plan.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement (e.g., shorts for knees/hips, singlet for shoulders). Bring recent reports (X-ray/MRI/ultrasound), your medication list, any referral, and your private health fund card.

Yes — we can process most private health rebates on the spot (HICAPS). You just pay the gap.
